Each completed residential installation processed through close-out counts as one unit — this is confirmed during onboarding. Every installation follows our standard CloseOutFlow process. If an installation requires additional follow-up due to missing documentation, manufacturer coordination, or unresolved exceptions, we continue managing it through our Exception Workflow until it is resolved or formally escalated.

A standard residential installation is defined as: One outdoor condensing unit, One indoor air handler or furnace, One thermostat, One manufacturer warranty registration, One customer property, One customer close-out packet. Installations involving multiple systems, multi-zone configurations, commercial equipment, VRF/VRV systems, or additional warranty registrations may require a custom quote.
No. Your monthly plan includes a fixed number of installation close-outs each billing cycle. Unused capacity does not roll over to future months.
