Daily Intake

Every morning, we pull the previous day's completed installations directly from your system. If you prefer not to provide system access, technicians or office staff can simply submit completed installations through our secure CloseOutFlow Intake Form. We then process each installation through the same close-out workflow with no change to service quality.

Our team verifies documentation, registers warranties, and prepares customer close-out packets for every install.

A second-level check confirms accuracy before anything is marked closed — no installation is closed on a single pass.
