Onboarding scope and any associated fees are confirmed on your discovery call based on your current systems and backlog.

Each completed residential installation processed through close-out counts as one unit — this is confirmed during onboarding. Every installation follows our standard CloseOutFlow process. If an installation requires additional follow-up due to missing documentation, manufacturer coordination, or unresolved exceptions, we continue managing it through our Exception Workflow until it is resolved or formally escalated.
